Raspberry & Nutella Bread Pudding

Raspberry & Nutella Bread Pudding is the perfect treat for a Valentine's Day Brunch


  • 1/2 loaf of challah
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 5 tbsp Nutella
  • raspberries to serve


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a small saucepan add the milk, butter, vanilla, and sugar. Mix together until its all incorporated.

  3. Cut a half of loaf of challah into small cubes.

  4. Spray a small oven-safe baking dish with cooking spray.

  5. Add the bread, frozen raspberries, and nutella into the baking dish so that the raspberries and nutella are evenly dispersed.

  6. Once the milk mixture is cooled, add the two eggs and beat them until combined.

  7. Pour the mixture over the bread.

  8. Cook for 45 minutes.

  9. Serve with fresh raspberries.
