Plum Apricot Granita

plums, apricots, apriums, lemon and sugar is all you need from a simple and satisfying treat

  • 3 plums
  • 3 apriums
  • 4 apricots
  • 2 lemons
  • 3 tsp sugar


  1. Prepare a loaf pan with plastic wrap. 

  2. Remove the plums, apriums, and apricots. 

  3. In a food processor add the plums, juice of half a lemon

  4. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and put in the fridge.

  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the apricots, followed by the apriums. 

  6. Freeze for 3 hours or overnight. 

  7. Use a fork to scrape the frozen granita. Repeat until you've scraped the entire pan. 

Recipe Notes

I separated the plums, apricots, and apriums into 3 layers for the color effect. I think you could also do it all at once, if you like.
