plums, apricots, apriums, lemon and sugar is all you need from a simple and satisfying treat
Prepare a loaf pan with plastic wrap.
Remove the plums, apriums, and apricots.
In a food processor add the plums, juice of half a lemon
Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and put in the fridge.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the apricots, followed by the apriums.
Freeze for 3 hours or overnight.
Use a fork to scrape the frozen granita. Repeat until you've scraped the entire pan.
I separated the plums, apricots, and apriums into 3 layers for the color effect. I think you could also do it all at once, if you like.
