Plum Grilled Brie

Warm juicy plum on top of grilled brie makes for a delicious summer appetizer

Servings 8 people


  • 1 plum
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 1 brie wheel

To Garnish

  • watercress
  • lemon zest


  1. Thinly slice the plums. 

  2. In a small pot add the olive oil, plums and thyme and put on medium heat for 10 minutes. 

  3. Grill the brie for 7-8 minutes on each side. I used a grill plate.

  4. Top the brie with the warm plums. 

  5. Garnish with watercress and lemon.

  6. Serve with a warm baguette or crackers of your cheese.
