Why should pineapple’s have all the flippin’ fun?

Who’s had granita before? It’s another trend I have seen all over the instagram/blogosphere. Once you drool over enough photos, it’s time to give it a shot right?

Grilled Brie. It sounds bizarre right? But let me tell you, once you try it you might not want to have brie any other way. Especially when you are topping it with tart juicy plums. It’s the perfect balance of sweet, creamy, and tart.

I cannot get enough of plums this year! I have always loved anything tart so plums are no exception. I am partial to plums that are red on the inside only because they are more photogenic… you know how it goes.
