Persimmon Winter Salsa

Persimmon Winter Salsa

Winter fruits do not get enough credit! Berries and stone fruits are great, but persimmon, pomegranate, and pairs are pretty perfect! Fruit is much needed during the winter to add some freshness to hearty soups and stews.
